Ingredients

  • For salad
  • mixed green leaves
  • goat's cheese in log, such as Saint Maure, cut into rounds
  • sunflower seeds, about 1 tbsp
  • pecans (or walnuts), a few nuts broken into pieces
  • some black olives
  • For dressing
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
  • a drop of honey
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • salt, pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients for the dressing.
  • Pour over mixed greens, leaving a bit for the later, toss it.
  • Scatter your nuts, sunflower seeds and olives over the greens.
  • Arrange your cheese rounds on top and pour over the remaining dressing.
