Goat's Cheese Salad With Seeds

Ingredients
- For salad
- mixed green leaves
- goat's cheese in log, such as Saint Maure, cut into rounds
- sunflower seeds, about 1 tbsp
- pecans (or walnuts), a few nuts broken into pieces
- some black olives
- For dressing
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
- a drop of honey
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- salt, pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients for the dressing.
- Pour over mixed greens, leaving a bit for the later, toss it.
- Scatter your nuts, sunflower seeds and olives over the greens.
- Arrange your cheese rounds on top and pour over the remaining dressing.
