Ingredients
- 200g/7oz ice
- 400g/14oz frozen cranberries
- 2-4 knobs of preserved stem ginger
- 3 tbsp syrup from the stem ginger
- 500ml/18fl oz cider
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients except for the cider in a blender.
- Pour in the cider and blend again.
- Serve in a jug with a few extra frozen cranberries for decoration.
