This refreshing cranberry and ginger cider slushie is the perfect drink to cool down on a hot summer day. With a delightful blend of tart cranberries, spicy stem ginger, and crisp cider, this icy treat will surely be a hit at your next gathering.

Ingredients

  • 200g/7oz ice
  • 400g/14oz frozen cranberries
  • 2-4 knobs of preserved stem ginger
  • 3 tbsp syrup from the stem ginger
  • 500ml/18fl oz cider

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients except for the cider in a blender.
  • Pour in the cider and blend again.
  • Serve in a jug with a few extra frozen cranberries for decoration.
