Ingredients

  • tomato juice 500ml
  • tomatoes,skinned 100g
  • cucumber, piled 100g
  • green peper, diced 100g
  • chilli peper 2-3
  • onion chopped 50g
  • mayonnaise 1tsp
  • vinegar 1tsp
  • seasoning
  • clove garlic 1

Instructions

  • Chop all the ingredients and mix them well until the soup become homogeneous.
  • Season.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for an hour.
  • When it is chilled put some more salt or peper if it is needed.
  • Serve chilled. You may try to decorate with cocktail shrimps.
