Ingredients
- 1 liter Olive Oil
- 6 clove of garlic
- 4 sprig of Rosemary
Instructions
- put olive oil in a 1.5 liter container.
- peel and crush all the garlic.
- put crushed garlic into the oil and let it sit for 5 hours.
- when done you pour infuse oil for bread, grilled lamb, hot risotto etc.
