Ingredients

  • 1 liter Olive Oil
  • 6 clove of garlic
  • 4 sprig of Rosemary

Instructions

  • put olive oil in a 1.5 liter container.
  • peel and crush all the garlic.
  • put crushed garlic into the oil and let it sit for 5 hours.
  • when done you pour infuse oil for bread, grilled lamb, hot risotto etc.
