Ingredients

  • 2 DESIREE POTATOES
  • 1 KNOB OF BUTTER
  • A SPLASH OF MILK
  • 1 SPOT OF GARLIC PUREE
  • 1 TSP OF MIXED HERBS
  • SALT AND PEPPER

Instructions

  • BOIL POTATOES IN A SAUCEPAN TILL SOFT
  • DRAIN OUT WATER THEN ADD MILK, GARLIC PUREE, HERBS, BUTTER, SALT AND PEPPER
  • MASH IN PAN TILL ALL LUMPS HAVE GONE, ADD MORE MILK SHOULD THE MIX LOOK TO DRY.
  • THIS SERVED ONE PRESON COMFORTABLY, SO IF YOU NEED MORE JUST DOUBLE UP TO SUIT.
