Ingredients

  • 25g Plain flour
  • 25g Margarine
  • 250ml Milk
  • 50g cheese(grated)
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 50g of sweetcorn
  • 50g of chopped mushrooms
  • 50g of chopped courgettes
  • 100g of cooked bacon
  • 120g of Fuseli Pasta

Instructions

  • Wash yours hands and collect all ingridients and equipment.
  • Fry mushrooms and courgettes in a little bit of oil until soft the put aside.
  • Place flour,margarine, salt, pepper and milk into saucepan and stir well with whisk.
  • Bring slowly to boil, sitting all the time, until sauce thickens.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the grated cheese, mushrooms , courgettes, sweetcorn and bacon
  • Cook pasta for 10-12 minutes until soft, then drain pasta in colander and rinse with cold water
  • Mix the pasta and sauce together and stir.
