Ingredients
- 25g Plain flour
- 25g Margarine
- 250ml Milk
- 50g cheese(grated)
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 50g of sweetcorn
- 50g of chopped mushrooms
- 50g of chopped courgettes
- 100g of cooked bacon
- 120g of Fuseli Pasta
Instructions
- Wash yours hands and collect all ingridients and equipment.
- Fry mushrooms and courgettes in a little bit of oil until soft the put aside.
- Place flour,margarine, salt, pepper and milk into saucepan and stir well with whisk.
- Bring slowly to boil, sitting all the time, until sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and stir in the grated cheese, mushrooms , courgettes, sweetcorn and bacon
- Cook pasta for 10-12 minutes until soft, then drain pasta in colander and rinse with cold water
- Mix the pasta and sauce together and stir.
