Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup mixed nuts
- 1/2 apple, finely chopped
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tbsp cottage cheese
- 500ml orange juice
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients except the banana and apple together in a bowl and add the orange juice. Allow to soak through for a few minutes.
- Top with the apple and banana and serve.
