Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups fruit juice
  • 3/4 cup fruit juice
  • concentrate combined with 3/4 cup water

Instructions

  • Insert the molds into the tray of a sailboat pop mold. Pour the juice or juice-water mixture into the molds, leaving 1/8 inch of space at the top (liquid ingredients expand as they freeze).
  • Insert the sticks and place the tray in the freezer. Freeze until the pops are solid, about 6 hours.
  • Run the mold under warm water for a couple of seconds. Holding a pop by the stick, pull it out of the mold, gently squeezing the mold's base at the same time. Repeat with the remaining pops. Makes 6 pops.
