Fruit Ice Mix

Ingredients
- 10 strawberrys
- 10 blueberrys
- 1 Apple
- 1 pear
- 1 rhubarb stalk
- 2ts caster sugar
- half lemon
Instructions
- get a pan on the hob at 180c and let the bottem warm up.
- cut the stalks of the strawberrys then add to pan the followed by blueberrys
- chop the rhubarb into chunks no biger then a 50p coin then add to the hob
- let every thing heat up for 5 min mixing every 2 mins so the juices dont burn
- core and chop the apple and pears into bite size chunks then add to the mix
- add in the suger BUT REMEMBER TO MIX OR IT WILL TURN INTO CARAMEL then add the juice of the lemon then let the mix cook for another 5 minutes
- put the whole mix in to a plastic container then keep in frezzer for 1 hour
- when ready get out of frezzer and serve up with double cream and ENJOY
