Ingredients
- 250 g rocket
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 lemon
- 2 garlic cloves
- 300 g bacon
- salt, pepper
Instructions
- Wash and dry rocket.
- Pour the olive oil into a glass.

- Peel and squeeze the garlic into the oil mix.
- Whisk together all the ingredients and add the dressing to the rocket.
