Ingredients

  • for the bread
  • 500g strong plain flour 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 5 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 300ml warm water
  • 2 teaspoon parsley or mixed herbs

Instructions

  • sieve the flour in the bowl and rub in 1 teaspoon salt and all the yeast
  • add warm water and mix until it has started to come together
  • add 3 tablespoons oil and knead in the bowl
  • take out of the bowl and knead on the surface you will not need more flour as the oil will combine with the bread dough
  • put on a tray with baking parchment and spread out to the corners
  • leave in a warm place for an hour or until it has doubled in size
  • spread the rest of the oil over the top followed by the parsley or mixed herbs
  • put in the oven for 20-25 minutes
  • 200 degrees c
