Ingredients
- 20-oz. bone-in rib-eye steak
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Brush the steak with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
