Ingredients

  • 20-oz. bone-in rib-eye steak
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Brush the steak with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
