Flapjacks

Ingredients
- 3-4 tbsp golden syrup
- 275g rolled oats
- 175g butter
- 125g Demerara sugar
Instructions
- Melt butter and sugar in a saucepan
- Grease a small square tin
- Add butter and sugar to oats and mix
- Add golden syrup and mix
- Cook at 160 degree c (fan) for 30-35 mins
- Leave to cool for 5 mins - cut into squares whilst still warm - remove from tin and place on cooling tray
- Once cool store in air tight tin
- Enjoy
