Flapjacks
In this recipe, a delightful combination of wholemeal or plain flour, butter, caster sugar, honey, mixed peel, and oats come together to create a delicious treat. Ingredients
- 75g wholemeal or plain flour
- 200g butter
- 125g caster sugar
- 3 1/2 tsp honey
- 1 heaped tbsp mixed peel
- 150g porridge/rolled oats
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to gas mark 5/180C.
- Mix all of the ingredients together.
- Grease a square baking tin and pour mix into tin.
- Bake for 35-55 minutes or until slightly golden brown.
- Leave to cool, then cut into small quares.
- Enjoy!
