Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, or 8 chicken thighs
- 75ml dark soy sauce
- 75ml olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 tsp five spice powder
- 2 tsp grated fresh ginger
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except chicken, and marinate chicken at least an hour - overnight for a stronger flavour!
- Bake at 190C for about 30 minutes, basting or adding marinade periodically.
