- cheese
- puff pastry
- tarragon
- parsley
- garlic
- shallot
- egg yolk
Instructions
- chop shallot, garlic, parsly and tarragon, preheat the oven at 200C
- cook the fish and put it on a sheet of puff pastry at the herbs, garlic, shallot and grated cheese.
- Make envelopes shapes and put egg yolk on the edges
- bake for 15 minutes or until the pastry starts turning brown
