Ingredients

  • 4 fresh ripe figs
  • 2 large handfuls of baby spinach and watercress
  • 125g buffalo mozzarella
  • 4-6 slices of parma ham
  • 1 ripe pear *optional
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp acacia honey
  • A little salt and black pepper

Instructions

  • Place the spinach and watercress in a large salad bowl
  • Cut each fig into six segments and add
  • Tear and add the mozzarella
  • Tear and add the parma ham
  • Cut the pear into slivers and add
  • Dress with the oil, vinegar, honey and seasoning
