Ingredients
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 pepper(any colour)
- half a onion cut finely
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 packet of Ol' De Paso's fajita seasoning
- half for chicken, half for vegetables.
- 4 tbs of Philidelphia
Instructions
- cook chicken throughly with lemon&lime juice in pan untill white or golden (opptional)
- add the fajita seasoning and turn down eat to avoid burning
- slowly fry vegetables until soft (prefered option)
- add philidelphia to mix & fajita seasoning
- cook until thinly spread
