In this flavorful recipe, a medley of chopped Livesey Bros mushrooms bathed in a creamy sauce with hints of paprika and parsley is served over fluffy rice. With a satisfying blend of earthy and creamy flavors, this dish is sure to be a hit at your next meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 X 500g Livesey Bros Sumo Pack
  • 250g White or Brown Rice
  • 2tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Bunch of Spring Onions (chopped)
  • 1tbsp Paprika
  • 4 tbsp Parsley (chopped)
  • 200ml Stock (beef or vegetable)
  • 300g Creme Fraiche

Instructions

  • Cook the rice as per pack instructions
  • Meanwhile, fry the spring onions in the oil for 2 minutes in a large frying pan
  • Stir in all of the chopped mushrooms, the paprika and the stock, then cover and cook gently for 8 minutes occasionally stirring
  • Add the parsley and then stir in the creme fraiche, continue cooking for 4 minutes until the sauce has thickened
  • Serve with the cooked rice
