Ingredients
- Egg Plant: 30gm, sliced
- Tomato: 30gm, sliced
- Cheese: 1 no. slice
- Olive Oil: 10ml
- Oregano: 1gm
- Salt: 5gm
- Crushed Pepper: 5gm
- Multigrain bread: 2 slice
Instructions
- Marinate all the vegetables using olive oil and organo and grill it to well done.
- Arrange them nicely on a slice of bread and top it with other piece of slice.
