EQ8 Cranberry & Apple Chutney

Ingredients
- 1 red onion
- 4 apples
- 250g dried cranberries
- 250ml can EQ8 Cranberry & Apple
- 150g demerara sugar
- 3 cloves
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 100ml balsamic vinegar
- 1 bay leaf
Instructions
- Soak the cranberries in EQ8
- Peel, core and chop the apples and onions into 2 to 3cm dice. In a heavy-bottomed saucepan cook the apples and onions on a medium heat for 4 minutes
- Add in the rest of the ingredients, including the EQ8 and cranberries, and cook down gently for 1 hour, stirring occasionally
- Leave to cool, then store in jars in the fridge for up to one month.
