Ingredients

  • 60g of grated cheddar cheese (or any cheese)
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 an onion or 1/4
  • pureed tomato 1/2 a can
  • 1/4 of a carrot
  • 2 enchiladas
  • 150g of chicken
  • pans
  • pots
  • knives/spoons
  • wooden spoon
  • bowl
  • chopping board
  • scales

Instructions

  • cook the chicken and the onions in a frying pan until thoroughly cooked
  • add half of the tomato puree and half the cheese with the chicken and onions
  • heat the enchiladas
  • fill the middle of the enchiladas with the chicken and the other ingredients place the enchiladas split side down
  • put the rest of the tomato puree on top and the cheese on top
  • cook for 10 minutes until the cheese is brown and bubbling then enjoy
