  • 2 tbsp skimmed milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar (aspartame)
  • 2 tbsp oat bran
  • pinch of salt
  • olive oil (for greasing the pan)

  • mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • grease the pan with olive oil.
  • pour the mixture into the pan.
  • flip when the mixture is solidified.
