With the sea breeze still lingering in the air, imagine the delightful aroma of fresh Venus clams simmering in a fragrant blend of garlic, chili pepper, and a splash of white wine. Each clam dances in the pan, soaking up the flavors while slowly revealing their tender, briny goodness. As the clams open with a gentle pop, the dish is finished with a sprinkle of vibrant coriander. Served with crusty bread, this dish is perfect for savoring every last drop of the savory broth. Enjoy the taste of the ocean in each delicious bite.
