Dishwater Soup

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup balsmati rice
- 8 cup of chicken stock
- 5 leaves of fresh basil
- 1 medium egg
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- measure out half cup of rice and add the 8 cups of chicken stock, and a pinch of salt and simmer untill the rice done to soft
- Add chopped basil leaves
- When rice is done to taste . At the end pour in the partially beaten egg . Do not beat egg in . Stir once or twice only to move egg around the pan.
- Serve.
- May look like dishwater
- do not be fooled !
