Ingredients
- 500g frozen raspberries
- 2 tins of peaches
- 500g cream (for whipping)
- 450g sour cream
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar (you can use normal sugar instead)
- demara sugar
Instructions
- Preparation (a few hours before serving):
- âÃÂâ Whip the cream and add vanilla sugar
- âÃÂâ Stir in the sour cream slowly
- âÃÂâ Put the frozen raspberries in a bowl
- âÃÂâ Drain the peaches and spread on the raspberries
- âÃÂâ Spread the cream-mass on the fruit
- âÃÂâ Dredge a lot of demara sugar on the mass
- âÃÂâ Put the bowl for at least 4 hours in the fridge
