Dark Beer Marinade

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup dark beer
- 1/2 cup apple juice concentrate, thawed
- 1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 Tbs. coarse salt
- 1 Tbs. freshly cracked pepper
- 1 Tbs. fresh rosemary
- 5 allspice berries
- 3 whole cloves
Instructions
- In a nonaluminum bowl, stir together the beer, apple juice concentrate, brown sugar, salt, pepper, rosemary, allspice berries and cloves.
- Use to marinate meat for at least 1 to 2 hours, or cover tightly and refrigerate for up to 2 days. Makes 1 1/4 cups.
