Ingredients

  • self rasing flour
  • castar sugar
  • eggs
  • butter

Instructions

  • set the oven to 180oc set 12 paper cases out in a cake tin
  • siv 100g of flour into a large bowl and add 75g of sugar then mix it up
  • add 100g of butter and 2 eggs the mix it all up.make sure it is all mixed up
  • then put the mixture into the paper cases
  • cook for 15 to 20 mins
  • once cooked remove out of the tin and left to cool
