Ingredients
- self rasing flour
- castar sugar
- eggs
- butter
Instructions
- set the oven to 180oc set 12 paper cases out in a cake tin
- siv 100g of flour into a large bowl and add 75g of sugar then mix it up
- add 100g of butter and 2 eggs the mix it all up.make sure it is all mixed up
- then put the mixture into the paper cases
- cook for 15 to 20 mins
- once cooked remove out of the tin and left to cool
