Cucumber And Poppy Seed Salad
This refreshing cucumber salad is a wonderful balance of flavors and textures. Crisp cucumber slices are paired with a bit of heat from red chili pepper, a hint of sweetness from sugar, and a zing from white wine vinegar. The poppy seeds add a lovely crunch, while the fresh coriander/cilantro leaves brighten up the dish. Just mix all the ingredients together and give it a gentle massage for a dish that's bursting with flavor. Enjoy this vibrant salad as a side dish or a light meal on its own.
