Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz.) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained and rinsed

- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

- Pinch of cayenne pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In the bowl of a food processor or heavy-duty blender, combine all of the ingredients.
- Puree until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
