Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Seafood & Eat It - White Crab
  • 1 teaspoon of Tomato puree
  • 1 Shallot, finely sliced
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2-3 crisp Lettuce leaves, roughly chopped
  • Handful of both, Dill and Parsley, finely chopped
  • Olive Oil
  • Brown bread, buttered

Instructions

  • Put the lettuce in a bowl, drizzle a little olive oil and a squeeze of lemon followed by some seasoning.
  • Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pile onto the lettuce.
  • Garnish with wedges of lemon and serve with bread.
