Ingredients

  • 100g couscous
  • olive oil
  • vegetable stock
  • red pepper
  • peas

Instructions

  • Add boiling stock to cousous and stand for 15minutes.
  • In the meantime, prepare vegetables
  • Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry vegetables for 5 minutes until just soft.
  • Mix the vegetables with the cousous.
  • season and serve!
