Ingredients
- 100g couscous
- olive oil
- vegetable stock
- red pepper
- peas
Instructions
- Add boiling stock to cousous and stand for 15minutes.
- In the meantime, prepare vegetables
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry vegetables for 5 minutes until just soft.
- Mix the vegetables with the cousous.
- season and serve!
