Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup all purpose Gold Medal Flour
- 3 tablespoons vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup crushed Oreo Cookies
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a large baking sheet with a silpat liner or parchment paper.
- Place butter and sugars into a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combined. Slowly add egg, vanilla then peanut butter, mixing until well combined. Add flour, pudding mix, baking soda, salt, white chips and crushed Oreo Cookies, mixing until combined.
- Use a medium cookie scoop to place dough onto prepared baking sheet 1 inch apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until baked through. Let cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes before removing. Serve warm or room temperature.
