Cookie Dough Cups

Ingredients
- 200g Sugar (100g Caster Sugar, 100g Light Brown Sugar)
- 125g Margarine/ Butter
- 2 tsps Vanilla Extract
- 1 Egg
- 200g Plain Flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 75g Milk Choc Chips
- 4 Tbsps Nutella or simialar
- 12 cup muffin or cake tin
- These are very large so if you're on a diet maybe make 24 small ones!!!
Instructions
- Beat together margarine/butter and both sugars
- Add egg and beat again
- Fold in the flour and milk choc chips
- Take spoonsful of the mixture and add to the muffin tin
- Bake in preheated oven, 160/175 degree oven until raised and brown
- Take out of the oven and immediately make an indentation in each one, I used the base of an egg cup, but a shot glass would work just as well
- Spoon in nutella and leave to cool
