Ingredients

  • 200g Sugar (100g Caster Sugar, 100g Light Brown Sugar)
  • 125g Margarine/ Butter
  • 2 tsps Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Egg
  • 200g Plain Flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 75g Milk Choc Chips
  • 4 Tbsps Nutella or simialar
  • 12 cup muffin or cake tin
  • These are very large so if you're on a diet maybe make 24 small ones!!!

Instructions

  • Beat together margarine/butter and both sugars
  • Add egg and beat again
  • Fold in the flour and milk choc chips
  • Take spoonsful of the mixture and add to the muffin tin
  • Bake in preheated oven, 160/175 degree oven until raised and brown
  • Take out of the oven and immediately make an indentation in each one, I used the base of an egg cup, but a shot glass would work just as well
  • Spoon in nutella and leave to cool
