Ingredients
- Dough:
- 100g Margarine
- 100g Sugar
- 1x Egg
- 200g Plain Flour
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- Extras:
- 100g Chocolate Chips
- 1 tsp Cinnamon & 50g Raisins
- Decoration:
- 100g Icing Sugar
- 1tbsp Water
Instructions
- Grease Baking Trays. Preheat Oven To 180 oC.
- Put Butter In Bowl. Mix In Sugar Until Fluffy Mixture.
- Add Egg & Mix.
- Sieve In Flour. Mix Then Knead Dough Into Ball.
- Refrigerate For 15 mins.
- Flour Surface. Roll Dough (Not Too Thin). Use Cutters To Cut Shapes. Place On Baking Tray.
- Bake For 10mins. Leave To Cool On Wire Rack. Decorate & Enjoy!
