Ingredients

  • 150g Coconut Milk
  • 250g Milk
  • 50g Caster Sugar
  • 5g Agar

Instructions

  • Soften the agar with water for 15 minutes
  • Drain the agar
  • Heat the Coconut Milk, Milk and Caster Sugar
  • Then add the agar, heat gently (Don't let it boil as it might stick to the pan)
  • Heat until completely melted
  • Set it in either one large container or many small ones
