Ingredients
- 1 lemon, quartered
- 4 Tbs. superfine (caster) sugar
- 1 cup cachaça
- Ice cubes as needed
- 4 lemon slices
Instructions
- Select 4 old-fashioned or short glasses. Put 1 lemon quarter and 1 Tbs. of the sugar in each glass. Muddle well with a muddler or the handle of a wooden spoon. Add 1/4 cup of the cachaça to each glass and stir well, then fill the glasses with ice. Garnish each glass with a lemon slice and serve immediately. Serves 4.
