Ingredients

  • 1 orange
  • 4 baby arugula
  • 1/4 (see recipe)
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Using a sharp knife, cut all peel and white pith from orange. Cut between membranes to release segments. Set segments aside.
