- 140G SOFT LIGHT BROWN SUGAR
- 140G SOFT BUTTER
- 140G MIXED FRUIT
- 450G CHRISTMAS PUDDING CHOPPED
- 50G WALNUTS CHOPPED
- 3 MEDIUM EGGS
- 3TSP BAKING POWDER
- 2 TSP MIXED SPICE
- 100G NUTS
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN 150 FAN /170 C/GAS 3/ LINE A 20CM ROUND CAKE TIN
- PUT ALL THE INGREDIENT INTO LARGE BOWL AND MIXWELL WITH ELECTRIC MIXER. SCRAPING DOWN THE SIDES TO MAKE SURE ITS ALL MIXED NICE
- PUT IN TO TIN .AND POP NUTS ON TOP
- PUT IN TO OVEN MIDDLE SHELF FOR 1 HOUR AND 20 MINS
- COOL ON TRAY AND ENJOY
