  • 3 MEDIUM EGGS
  • 3TSP BAKING POWDER
  • 2 TSP MIXED SPICE

Instructions

  • PREHEAT OVEN 150 FAN /170 C/GAS 3/ LINE A 20CM ROUND CAKE TIN
  • PUT ALL THE INGREDIENT INTO LARGE BOWL AND MIXWELL WITH ELECTRIC MIXER. SCRAPING DOWN THE SIDES TO MAKE SURE ITS ALL MIXED NICE
  • PUT IN TO TIN .AND POP NUTS ON TOP
  • PUT IN TO OVEN MIDDLE SHELF FOR 1 HOUR AND 20 MINS
  • COOL ON TRAY AND ENJOY
