- 125g good quality plain chocolate
- 4 eggs , separated
- 2 tsp golden caster sugar
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a whisk until smooth. Divide into two ramekins and put in the fridge for at least 30 mins to set. Then serve – with a tiny spoon to make it last longer!
