Ingredients

  • 175g good-quality dark chocolate
  • 225g salted butter (at room temperature)
  • 1 tbsp milk (at room temperature)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 250g icing sugar

Instructions

  • Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the butter, milk, vanilla and icing sugar until smooth.
