Ingredients

  • 150gr melted butter
  • 150gr melted dark chocolate
  • 120gr flour
  • 80gr caster sugar
  • 7 whole eggs

Instructions

  • using a glass bowl, mix the melted butter and melted chocolate together
  • Mix the eggs and sugar separate, Wisk them until they form a white foam
  • add the egg mix to the chocolate mix
  • stiff in the flour gradually using a spoon, while mixing slowly with a Wisk or a wooden spoon
  • When the mix is ready, leave it in the fridge for half an hour to rest. Using a soufflé ramekins, coat the inside using a brush with melted butter then dust it with flour.
  • Scoop in ¾ of the chocolate mix
  • Place the ramekin in the oven, and then cook for 8 min under 220C
  • After 8 min, remove the fondant from the oven and leave it 1 min to set
  • Take it out of the ramekin and serve it with vanilla ice cream
