Ingredients
- 1 whole egg -whisked
- 150 gr double cream
- 70 gr milk
- 150 gr dark chocolate (min 70%)
- crushed walnuts to serve
Instructions
- heat cream and milk and bring to boil
- add to whisked egg and stir
- add broken up chocolate and stir whilst it melts
- let set in fridge for at least 6 hrs in serving bowls to be used
- garnish with crushed walnuts and serve out
