Ingredients

  • 1 whole egg -whisked
  • 150 gr double cream
  • 70 gr milk
  • 150 gr dark chocolate (min 70%)
  • crushed walnuts to serve

Instructions

  • heat cream and milk and bring to boil
  • add to whisked egg and stir
  • add broken up chocolate and stir whilst it melts
  • let set in fridge for at least 6 hrs in serving bowls to be used
  • garnish with crushed walnuts and serve out
