Ingredients
- 4oz margarine
- 4oz chocolate chips
- 6 oz self raising flour
- 3oz soft brown sugar
- 2 tbsp golden syrup
- 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 180c and grease a baking tray.
- Beat the butter until soft than add the brown sugar.
- Add the milk, syrup, flour and chocolate chips, and stir well.
- Using a spoon put 8 spoons fulls onto the baking tray.
- Cook for 10min until golden brown.
- Remove from tray and cool on a wire wrack.
