Ingredients

  • 180g soft butter or margarine
  • 150g dark chocolate
  • 3 eggs
  • 175g caster sugar
  • 75g muscovado sugar or Demerara
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 110g plain flour
  • 100g milk chocolate or white chocolate drops.

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 160C/fan gas mark 4
  • Melt butter and dark chocolate and then leave to cool
  • Beat eggs, sugars, vanilla
  • Add melted butter and chocolate
  • Sift in flour and milk chocolate drops
  • Grease tin and pour mixture in
  • Bake for 30-40 mins until knife comes out almost clean!
