Ingredients
- 180g soft butter or margarine
- 150g dark chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 175g caster sugar
- 75g muscovado sugar or Demerara
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 110g plain flour
- 100g milk chocolate or white chocolate drops.
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160C/fan gas mark 4
- Melt butter and dark chocolate and then leave to cool
- Beat eggs, sugars, vanilla
- Add melted butter and chocolate
- Sift in flour and milk chocolate drops
- Grease tin and pour mixture in
- Bake for 30-40 mins until knife comes out almost clean!
