Ingredients
- 100g Flour
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp of CoCo powder
- 100g unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp of vanilla essence
- 250g of sugar
- crumbled biscuts for base
Instructions
- beat eggs and sugar together, melt butter and add, add vanilla
- Add coco
- Slowly stir in flour
- Butter a base of backing tin and coat with crumbled biscuts then add mix evenly
- place in a pre-heated oven to 150c for approx 35min
