Chilli Philli Chicken Kievs

Ingredients
- 2x chicken breast
- 2x tblsp philladelphia ( your choice of which one)
- hot chilli grinder (tesco or morrisons)
- Bread crumbs homemade ( white or brown your choice)
- 2x eggs
- plain flour (only used to coat the chicken prior to the egg )
Instructions
- make a pocket in the chicken breast
- mix phillidelphia with chill grinder
- fill the pocket with the mixed Chilli Philly
- coat in flower then egg then the breadcrumbs, repeat if desired
- pan fry to seal for around 2 minutes each side
- bake in the oven for 30 minutes
- serve with homemade arribiatta sauce and egg noodles
