Chicken Sheekh Kabab

Ingredients
- 3 Chicken Breasts with skin
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion fried brown
- 1 green chilly.
- 1 sprig corainder leaves
- 1 tea spoon coriander powder
- 1/2 tea spoon garam masala
- 1 medium egg
- 1 tea spoon bread crumbs
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
- wooden skewers
Instructions
- De skin the chicken but add some of the skin with the other ingredients and blend in the food processer. It should look like minced meat.
- Roll them on wooden skewers and set aside for some time.
- Heat oil in a wok and deep fry them after removing from the skewers
- Or Place the skewers in the preheated oven for 15 minutes turning sides at it cooks.
- Serve with mint chutney.
