Chicken In White Wine Sauce

Ingredients
- 400g diced chicken or turkey breast
- 1 can homepride white wine cook in sauce
- 1tbsp oil
- 200g mushrooms sliced
Instructions
- heat the oil in a frying pan util it starts to sizzle
- add the chicken to the pan and brown all oven
- remove the chicken from the pan and set aside for the time being leaving any juices in the pan
- add the mushrooms to the pan and cook until they too are browned
- add the chicken back to the pan and add the white wine cook in sauce
- simmer on a low heat for about 30mins or until the sauce has thickened enough to coat the back of a spoon
- serve with mashed potatoes and spring greens for a healthy filling meal
