- Extras :

Instructions
- 1st make the soft & firm dough of flour, salt & water. Keep it aside for 30 mins.
- Now we have to make the chilli vinegar as it takes time to absorb the spice of the chilli in vinegar. Add chopped green chillies in vinegar & keep it aside. (IF YOU ARE IN HURRY THEN JUST WARM UP THE VINEGAR & ADD CHOPPED CHIILIES IN IT,IT WILL ABSORB THE SPICE OF CHILLIES IN LESS TIME).
- Now make spicy powder by mixing salt, red chillie powder and chaat masala & mix it well using fingers and keep it aside.
- Now prepare the filling. In a vessel add oil & add sliced onion and saute till it becomes light brown. Then add ginger & garlic paste & saute it 1-2 mins. Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder & saute it. Add chicken strips, salt and mix them well. Add chopped tomatoes and little water & mix them well & cover it and cook for 10-15 mins. Check after 15 mins. If chicken is done & water is evaporated completely, adjust the salt. Remove from the vessel.
- Now prepare the roti. Make small balls of flour dough & make rotis & cook it on tawa. Make as many as rotis as you want & keep it aside.
- Now in the same hot tawa, add little oil, pour little amount of beaten egg, spread it, keep one roti on top of the egg & turn it upside down. Cook it and remove from the tawa. Add chopped onion, spread chicken filling, drizzle chilli vinegar, sprinkle spicy powder, roll it and serve hot.
- NOTE : If you donÃÂt want to use vinegar then you can substitute it lemon juice . Mix chopped green chillies in lemon juice & keep it aside for 2 hrs
- Njoy. :)
